Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry
with Basmati Rice

Ideal Rice: Patran 1121 Sella Basmati
Ingredients:
1 cup Patran 1121 Sella Basmati Rice
200g firm tofu, cubed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
Serve the stir-fry over basmati rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
