Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry

with Basmati Rice

Perfect For: A quick and flavorful dinner
Ideal Rice: Patran 1121 Sella Basmati

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Patran 1121 Sella Basmati Rice

  • 200g firm tofu, cubed

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.

  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.

  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.

  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.

  6. Serve the stir-fry over basmati rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
